What is iSBEM?
iSBEM is a free user interface that is accompanied by the simplified building energy model. SBEM was developed by BRE for the purpose of calculating a building’s energy performance, or its carbon emissions. The results are then checked to see if they are in compliance with part L of the building regulations. This is mostly represented through a building’s site plans.
How do we help?

This could be anything ranging from UV windows to air purifiers. Added to that, the site plans we design will already be energy efficient, without the use of any external devices. This is made possible through features such as the installation of vents throughout the house, promoting the airflow, or using LED lights instead of the traditional fluorescent bulbs reducing the amount of heat produced.
